摘要:植物叶表皮毛是叶表皮上一种特殊的结构,是由叶表皮细胞特化而形成。本次研究主要针对构树叶表皮毛而进行,采用对构树叶横切片光学显微镜下观察和直接在解剖镜下对构树叶表皮毛结构观察,研究发现构树叶表皮毛具有一些特征:所有的构树叶表皮毛是单细胞毛,大部分有毛囊,镶嵌在表皮上,极小部分无毛囊;构树叶的表皮毛上表皮比下表皮稀疏并且较粗壮短小,有针形状和锥形状,并且有较大的毛囊,成熟的针状表皮毛周围有一圈细小的单细胞毛,叶脉上也有表皮毛较稀疏;叶下表皮毛较上表皮更为浓密,大部分毛是针状,部分成熟表皮毛为钩状,叶脉上也有表皮毛,主叶脉比小叶脉稀疏。相对与表皮而言,突起的表皮毛表面积大,并且表皮毛有不同形状的结构,有更大的附着面积,通过实验得知,构树叶表皮毛有很好的滞水效果。由观察表明构树叶上下两面都有很多表皮毛,计算所得上表皮的密度比下表皮的密度小。通过对构树叶表皮毛用钙离子和铵离子进行离子吸收实验,其结果表明构树叶表皮毛能吸收钙离子和铵离子,具备吸收离子的能力。34359 毕业论文关键词:构树;表皮毛;密度;滞水;离子吸收
The role of plant leaf table fur
Abstract: Plant leaf epidermal hair on the leaf is a special kind of structure, it is composed of leaf epidermal cells specialized to form. This research mainly aimed at leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera, and use of a cross-section of the leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera was observed under an optical microscope and directly observed leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera on the dissecting microscope, the study found leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera has some features: All the leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera are unicellular, most hair follicles, embedded in the epidermis, hair follicle no small part; leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera on the upper epidermis than the lower epidermis sparse and relatively short sturdy, needle shape and the cone shape, and large follicles and mature needles table fur around a small circle of unicellular hairs, veins also epidermal hair is sparse; leaf lower epidermis hair is on the upper epidermis is thicker, most of the epidermis hair is acicular, some mature epidermis hair is in a hook shape and veins also have epidermis hair, main veins than in small veins sparse. Relative with epidermal, projections of epidermal hair surface area and epidermal hair have different shapes of structure, there is greater attachment area, through the experiment that, the leaf epidermis hair of Broussonetia papyrifera have good backwater effect. The observation shows that the upper and lower sides leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera have many epidermal hair, calculated on epidermal density than the epidermis of low density. Leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera by ion absorption experiments with calcium and ammonium ions, and the results show leaf epidermal hair of Broussonetia papyrifera can absorb calcium and ammonium ions, with the ability to absorb ions.
