摘 要:为了探索多胺和丁二酸复合剂提高小麦幼苗抗旱性的机理,本实验以周麦22为实验材料,采用沙培的方式,探究小麦幼苗在渗透胁迫下,多胺和丁二酸复合剂对小麦幼苗的抗氧化代谢和光合特性的影响。实验结果表明:小麦幼苗在渗透胁迫条件下,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性随着渗透胁迫时间的延长,其活性逐渐降低,光合特性指标 (净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr))降低, 而丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧阴离子产生速率不断的增加;外源多胺、丁二酸、多胺和丁二酸复合剂处理后,小麦幼苗的抗氧化代谢酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性上升,MDA含量和超氧阴离子产生速率下降,光合指标上升,并且外源施加多胺及丁二酸复合剂效果显著。这些实验结果暗示多胺、丁二酸、多胺和丁二酸复合剂能通过提高渗透胁迫下小麦幼苗的抗氧化代谢酶活性和光合效率缓解渗透胁迫对小麦幼苗的伤害。34527 毕业论文关键词:小麦幼苗;渗透胁迫;多胺和丁二酸复合剂;抗氧化代谢;光合特性
Regulation Effects of Polyamine and Succinate on the Antioxidant Metabolism and Photosynthetic Characters of Wheat Seedling under Osmotic Stress
Abstract:To explore the mechanism that polyamine and succinate improved the the drought resistance of wheat seeding, Zhoumai 22 was used as the material and sand culture was used in this experiment. The regulating effects that polyamine and succinate on the antioxidant metabolism and photosynthetic characters of wheat seeding under osmotic stress were studied . The experimental results showed that the activities of the superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and the photosynthetic characteristic index (Pn, Ci, Cond, Tr) decreased gradually with the days going on under osmotic stress, and the content of the MDA and the superoxide anion (O2•-)generation rate increased gradually; After the treatment of exogenous polyamine, succinate and their compound, the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and the photosynthetic characteristic index (Pn, Ci, Cond, Tr) increased, and the content of the MDA and O2•- generation rate decreased, and the effect of their compound was better. The results suggested exogenous polyamine, succinateand their compound could relieved the injuries of osmotic stress on wheat seedling via improving the anti-oxidant metabolic enzymes and photosynthetic efficiency of wheat seedlings.
