摘 要:本课题拟从稀土元素镧对淡水涡虫生长的影响出发,以北京樱桃沟淡水涡虫为材料,用不同浓度的lacl3溶液进行涡虫的再生培养,通过制备细胞涂片以及银染和镜检等步骤,观察并统计细胞核仁的畸变率。以此研究对淡水La3+ 涡虫干细胞的分化影响以及其核仁结构的变化。分析结果表明,随着lacl3浓度的不断增加,核仁畸变率也不断增加,当浓度达到0.5mM时,细胞核仁解体,说明La3+ 可以促进淡水涡虫细胞核仁的畸变,即其对淡水涡虫干细胞分化具有抑制作用。34985 毕业论文关键词:淡水涡虫;lacl3;核仁畸变;再生;干细胞
Different concentration of La3 + impact on freshwater planaria nucleoli morphological structure
Abstract:This topic from the influence of rare earth element lanthanum on freshwater planaria growth, Beijing be freshwater planaria as material, lacl3 solution with different concentration of planaria regeneration of culture, through the preparation of cell smears and steps, such as silver stain and microscopy observation and statistical cell nucleolus aberration rate. This study la3 + effect on freshwater planaria stem cell differentiation and the changing structure of the nucleolus. The analysis results show that with increasing concentration of lacl3, nucleolus aberration rate also increased, when the concentration is 0.5 mM, disintegration of cell nucleolus, La3 + freshwater planaria can promote cell nucleolus distortion, namely its has inhibitory effect on freshwater planaria stem cell differentiation.
