摘要:植物在长期适应重金属胁迫的环境中可能会产生具有不同重金属耐性或者积累性能的生态型。土荆芥是一种外来入侵植物,入侵时间明确,且对重金属铅、锰等具有超积累的能力。然而,目前对于土荆芥在重金属胁迫下的适应性机制并不清楚。在种群水平上阐明土荆芥对重金属胁迫的生理响应有助于阐明其在重金属胁迫下的适应性机制。本研究首次利用不同来源的土荆芥种群,通过测定土荆芥在铅和锰胁迫的环境下各类形态生理指标,探讨土荆芥在重金属胁迫下的生理响应机制。研究发现,来源不同的土荆芥在不同重金属处理下,地上部鲜重、株高、叶片数等均有减少。生理指标中,丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸等依据种群不同各有差异。而两种重金属在相应种群叶片、根部的积累在不同种群间也有显著差异。同时,本研究还可以为植物修复提供新的思路。36571 毕业论文关键词:土荆芥;种群;重金属;生理;耐性
The Physiological Mechanisms of Heavy Mental Tolerance in Chenopodium ambrosioides L. under Population Level
Abstract: Living in different concentrations of heavy mental for a long term, plants may produce a different tolerance or accumulation of ecological types. Chenopodium ambrosioides L. is an exotic invasive plant and have been in China for a long time. Its physiological mechanisms of heavy mental tolerance have not been reported thoroughly. Although there are studies claim that Chenopodium ambrosioides L. can hyper accumulate manganese and plumbum in solution culture condition and partially discussed its physiological activities under plumbum pollution, the exact physiological mechanisms of heavy mental tolerance are not elucidated and no research has been done under population level yet. This study, for the first time, take different populations of Chenopodium ambrosioides L. as material, trying to elucidate heavy mental tolerance mechanisms. In the meanwhile, this study may provide a feasible and practical new approach to repair polluted soil.
