摘要:锰(Manganese,Mn)是有机体所必需的微量元素之一,广泛分布于人体器官与组织中,对软骨发育、结缔组织结构与功能的文持起很大作用。锰缺乏或过量都会对生物体产生重大影响,甚至危及生命。本论文研究不同浓度亚锰离子对鲫鱼脑中氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GPX)及胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性的影响。实验将鲫鱼暴露于不同浓度的氯化亚锰曝气水中,观察鲫鱼活动情况,96 h后处死鲫鱼,测定脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)和胆碱酯酶(CHE)的活性,以评价不同浓度的重金属对鲫鱼脑组织的影响程度。实验结果显示:在亚锰溶液环境中,鲫鱼行为活动变缓,体重减轻。亚锰浓度越高,鲫鱼行为受抑制的程度越大,体重减轻得越多。在亚锰离子的影响下,鲫鱼脑组织中氧化物歧化酶活力下降,呈抑制作用;谷胱甘肽过氧化酶和胆碱酯酶活性上升,呈促进作用,随着亚锰离子浓度的增加,谷胱甘肽过氧化酶促进作用逐渐减弱,胆碱酯酶的促进作用逐渐增强。39085 毕业论文关键词:亚锰;鲫鱼;脑;氧化物歧化酶;谷胱甘肽过氧化酶;胆碱酯酶
Effect of Manganese on the Activity of SOD, GSH-PX and CHE in Carassius auratus Brain

Abstract: Manganese(Mn) is one dispensable microelement for organism, which widely distributed in body organs and tissues. Manganese is also of great value for maintaining the development of cartilage as well as the structure and function of connective tissues. Lack or over amount of manganese can both cause great damage to creatures, even life-threatening. In this study, we assayed the activities of superoxide dismute (SOD), glutathione penxidase(GPX), cholinestevase(CHE) in the Carassius auratus brain exposed to different concentrations of manganese for 96 hours. The result shows that: fish exposed to manganese cause behave slower and weight lighter. The higher concentration manganese induced the more serious injury to fish brains. Manganese inhibited the SOD activity. However, the activities of GPX and CHE increase. With the manganese increase, the promotion effects on GPX gradually weakens, while on CHE strengthens.
