摘要:我们在研究条锈菌对小麦光合作用和蒸腾作用的影响的过程中使用光合作用测定仪测定小麦的净光合速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度、蒸腾速率和气孔导度的值。试验结果显示:在其他因素对实验的影响忽略不计的条件下,随着条锈菌侵染程度增加小麦的光合作用和蒸腾作用发生了显著地变化。其中实验组小麦(条锈菌侵染的小麦)比对照组小麦(即正常的且没有侵染条锈菌的小麦)净光合速率的值小,但是实验组小麦比对照组小麦细胞间隙CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、气孔导度的值大的多,而且随着条锈菌侵染程度不同而差异程度不同。小麦受条锈菌胁迫作用的影响,使得小麦的光合效率明显降低,对水分的利用能力也随之降低。这不仅自身水分减少对小麦的生理生化代谢有害,而且还会使碳同化受到抑制作用。40466 毕业论文关键词:条锈菌;蒸腾作用;光合作用;小麦

Abstract: We use the photosynthesis cryoscope determination wheat in the research strip rust-fungus for the wheat photosynthesis and in the transpiration influence process the only photosynthesis speed, the intercellular space carbon dioxide density, the transpiration speed andtheblowhole leading value.The test result showed that,In other factors under the condition which the influence ignores to the experiment, invaded along with the strip rust-fungus dyes the degree increase wheat the photosynthesis and the transpiration occurs obviously changed.Experimental group wheat (strip rust-fungus invades wheat which dyes) the control group wheat (i.e. normal also has not invaded dyes strip rust-fungus wheat) only to photosynthesize the speed value to be smaller than, but experimental group wheat compared to control group wheat intercellular space space carbon density, transpiration speed, blowhole leading value big many, but moreover invades along with the strip rust-fungus dyes the degree differently the difference degree to be different.The wheat the strip rust-fungus coercion function influence, causes the wheat the photosynthesis efficiency to reduce obviously, also reduces to the moisture content use ability along with it.Not only this own moisture content reduces to wheat's physiological biochemistry metabolism is harmful, moreover also can cause the carbon assimilation to receive the inhibitory action.
