撕裂蜡孔菌多糖的抑菌活性及对老化小鼠氧化应激反应研究

Abstract Oxidative stress reaction to aging mice and antibacterial activity to microorganism of polysaccharide from Ceriporia lacerate were studied in this paper。 Results showed that polysaccharide had anti aging and antioxidant effects on spleen and kidney in aging mice。 With the increase of polysaccharide concentration, the effects showed more obviously。 But the antibacterial activities of polysaccharide were not significant to E。 coli and Staphylococcus aureus and to microorganism in water and soil in addition to those in air。 The polysaccharide also showed antiseptic effects on rice and tofu。
