摘 要:生物体由不同的组织器官组成,而每个组织器官又由细胞组成,细胞又由各种生物大分子组成,这些生物大分子包括蛋白质、脂质、核酸、糖等。在这些大分子物质中蛋白质才是细胞生命活动表达的最终执行者。每个蛋白质都不是单独起作用,而是通过蛋白质与蛋白质之间或者蛋白质与其他物质之间的相互作用在细胞以及机体的各种生命活动中发挥作用。细胞信号传导、基因转录、翻译、免疫应答反应细胞正常死亡甚至细胞癌变等各种细胞的生命活动都离不开蛋白质之间的相互作用。本文主要是介绍蛋白质互作、细胞信号传导以及蛋白质互作在细胞信号传导中的作用。 毕业论文关键词:蛋白质互作;细胞信号传导;癌症;荧光共振能量转移技术39106
The Role of Protein Interactions in Cell Signal Pathway
Abstract:Organisms are composed of tissues and organs. The tissues and organs consist of cells, and cells contain a variety of biological macromolecules. These biological macromolecules include proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, sugars and so on. The finally executor of cells and the body's various life activities is a protein. Each protein not work alone, but play a role in the body's cells as well as life activity by interactions of proteins or other substances. Signal transduction, gene regulation, immune response and other life activities are inseparable from a variety of cell protein interactions. This article is to introduce the protein interactions, cell signaling, and protein in cell signaling interactions.
