Optimization of Yeast Two Hybrid System by Gateway Technology
Abstract: The yeast two hybrid system is a widely used technology in protein interactions study. The traditional yeast two hybrid vector is constructed by enzyme digestion-ligation method with complicated steps, restricted by enzyme sites, fragment length. In this study, we use gateway technology to modify vectors in yeast two hybrid to generate more convenient and more efficient constructor. This study completed the gateway-modified yeast two hybrid vectors pGBKT7 and pGADT7.
