摘要:随着我国加入WTO,市场化取向改革的不断深入,我国在国际贸易中的地位不断提高。但是针对我国的贸易摩擦也继续升温,尤其是我国的轻工业产品在出口时与他国的贸易摩擦卓为显著,在国民经济中占据了重要地位,我国轻工业总产值、出口创汇、实现利税已分别占到或接近全国工业总产值、出口创汇和利税总额的大约三分之一,实现了经济效益和产值同步增长。研究这个课题的目的就是为了针对这些具体的问题,提出自己的看法和建议,深入分析我国轻工业遭受国外反倾销的原因并提出切实的对策,总结我们在反倾销应诉中的经验教训,以期为企业应诉反倾销提供决策参考,从而使我国企业更从容地应对国外反倾销。关键词:反倾销 轻工业产品 技术转型 成因分析7814
Abstract: With the deepening of China's accession to the WTO, China's market oriented reform in the status of international trade continues to increase. But the trade friction in China also continues to heat up, especially frictions that with other countries China's light industry products export are significant and in the national economy it occupies an important position. China's light industry output value, export, and taxes have been accounted for separately or close to the national total industrial production, exports and tax amount, achieve about one-third profits ,make economic efficiency and output simultaneously increased . This research aims to solve these problems, put forward their views and suggestions, in-depth analysis of China's light industry because anti-dumping abroad and put forward practical measures, sum up our experience and lessons in the anti-dumping responding, in order to provide decision-making reference for enterprises, so that more Chinese enterprises are able to deal with foreign anti-dumping calmly.
