摘 要:以野生酸浆为材料,采用溶液培养法,研究了不同浓度(0、10、20、30、40、50mg/L)水杨酸(SA)对野生酸浆种子萌发及幼苗可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活力、根系活力等生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)适当浓度的SA促进野生酸浆种子萌发,其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数以及根长和茎高、根粗和茎粗与对照相比均增加;(2)适当浓度SA处理增加了野生酸浆幼苗的可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活力、根系活力也均显著高于对照组。说明水杨酸处理对酸浆种子萌发及幼苗的生长具有促进效应,其中以30mg/L SA浓度处理效果最好。关键词:野生型酸浆;水杨酸;种子萌发;生理特性8445
Effects of Salicylic Acid on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Physalis
Abstract: Using wild alkekengi as testing materials, this experiment studied the influences of different concentrations (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50mg/L) salicylic acid (SA) on wild seed germination and seedling of photosynthetic pigment content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, nitrate reductase activity, root activity and other physiological and biochemical index by hydroponic method. The results showed as follows: (1) the suitable concentration of SA promoted wild cherry seed germination, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index and root length and stem height, root diameter and stem diameter also increased significantly compared with the control. (2) the appropriate concentration of SA treatment increased the wild cherry seedlings of soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, photosynthetic pigment content, nitrate reductase activity, activity of root tip were significantly higher than those in the control group. It showed that salicylic acid treatment can promote the seedlings of Physalis, and the effect of 30mg/L SA was optimal.
