摘要目的 研究Salecan对皮肤抗紫外辐射(UVC)和吸水保湿等方面的影响及其分子生物学机制,为Salecan在日化、医药领域的应用打下基础。方法 建立C57BL/6J小鼠和肿瘤细胞HepG2模型,探讨Salecan在抗紫外辐射方面的作用。测试Salecan在43%和81%的相对湿度环境下的吸湿率、保湿率和在小鼠角质层中的水分保持功能,并进一步探讨Salecan在人体皮肤保湿方面的性能。结果 0.1%和0.2%的Salecan溶液对紫外照射的小鼠皮肤有保护作用;相对于尿素,壳聚糖等常见化妆品保湿添加剂,Salecan具有较强的吸收和保留水分的能力,并且能够提高小鼠角质层的含水量;人体皮肤保湿实验结果表明Salecan具有良好的保湿能力。63772

Title The protective effects of Salecan on skin
Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of Salecan on skin ultraviolet radiation (UVC), moisture absorption and its molecular biological mechanism. This will lay the foundation for the future application in cosmetic, pharmaceutical fields. Methods To investigate the protective effects of Salecan on UVC-induced skin damage; we are to build a model of C57BL/6J mice and tumor cell HepG2. The water absorption and moisture rate of Salecan and control groups were tested in 43% and 81% humidity environment. We examined the effect of Salecan on water retention of mouse stratum corneum. The clinical studies were conducted. Results 0.1% and 0.2% of Salecan solution have protective effect on UVC-induced skin damage. The in vitro moisture-absorption and-retention of Salecan were examined and the data demonstrate the strong moisture-retention capacity of Salecan as compared to urea and chitosan et al which are frequently used as hygroscopic and humectant agents and the water-retention efficacy of Salecan in stratum corneum. The result of clinical studies shows a potential role in water retention.
