摘要:枳椇子为鼠李科(Rhamnaceae)枳椇属(Hovenia Thunb.)植物的干燥成熟种子。始载于《新修本草》,历代医学专著均有记载。该药材能养阴、生津、润燥、凉血、止渴。中医记载有清热、利尿、解酒毒、降糖之功效,现代临床上主治烦热、醉酒、呕吐、口渴、二便不利等症。67602

本实验以北枳椇(Hovenia dulcis Thunb.)的干燥种子为研究对象,首次采用DPPH自由基清除法(抗DPPH法)对枳椇子乙醇提取物不同萃取层的抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明,不同极性萃取部位均有一定的抗氧化作用,活性由强到弱依次为:乙酸乙酯萃取物>正丁醇萃取物>氯仿萃取物>石油醚萃取物,其中乙酸乙酯萃取物的抗氧化活性为维生素C的1.2倍,表明乙酸乙酯萃取物为枳椇子主要抗氧化活性部位。论文网

为了进一步探讨枳椇子乙酸乙酯部位的抗氧化活性成分,本文首次采用在线和离线高效液相色谱-DPPH清除活性-电喷雾质谱三维谱技术对枳椇子抗氧化活性成分进行了筛选,共鉴别出14个具有抗氧化活性的成分,其中绝大部分为黄酮及二氢黄酮类成分。为枳椇子的进一步研究提供更加直观的指导作用,并为枳椇子活性部位的质量控制提供了依据。

Abstract:Hovenia dulcis Thunb. is the dried ripe seeds of a member of family Hovenia Thunb.(Rhamnaceae),first described in《Xin xiu ben cao》. This product can nourishing yin, promote the production of body fluid , moistening,thirst quencher ,cool the blood.Traditional Chinese medical science think the materials have qingre diuretic,sober one's up,hpyerglycemic and so on.It is mainly cure dinebriating,clearing heat ,replenishing the liveand diuresis,slaking thirst in moedern clincal.

In this study,the seeds of the Hovenia dulcis Thunb.( Hovenia Thunb )as the research object, to detect the antioxidative activity of different polar solvent extracts of EtOH extract of the the Hovenia dulcis Thunb. by using DPPH free radical scavenging method.The results show that the different polar solvent extract all display scavenging activity, but the activities are different. The order is that  EtOAc extraction>n-BuOH extraction>CHCl3 extraction>P.E extraction. The EtOAc extraction has 1.2 times stronger scavenging activity than Vitamine C. So the EtOAc extraction was the scavenging activity position of the Hovenia dulcis Thunb..

In order to further clear the constituents of the EtOAc extraction from the Hovenia dulcis Thunb., this subject used online and offline of high performance liquid chromatography - DPPH radical scavenging activity - electrospray mass spectrometry of the three dimensional spectrum technology to analysis the antioxidative compositions of EtOAc extraction.We have identified the structures of 14 chemical constituents, and some of them were flavonoids and flavanones.Which can provide a more intuitive basis for guiding for further research of the Hovenia dulcis Thunb..
