摘要:以外切葡聚糖酶重组马克斯克鲁维酵母为对象,研究外切葡聚糖酶重组马克斯克鲁维酵母产酶的最佳培养基成分及条件。先确定最佳接种量、发酵培养基组分的最佳碳源、最佳碳源浓度、最佳氮源、最佳氮源浓度、最佳pH和最佳温度。等确定好最佳的条件后利用纤维素发酵生产乙醇。实验结果表明:在接种量以2%的量,以3%乳糖作为碳源,1%硫酸铵作为氮源,并且在pH为7.5和温度为121℃的条件下培养,发酵产生的酶活最大。通过优化实验,同时接种量以外切葡聚糖酶重组马克斯克鲁维酵母接种的种子液1.6mL和外切葡聚糖酶重组马克斯克鲁维酵母接种的种子液0.4mL,可以提高了马克斯克鲁维酵母的产酶活力,从而生产了更多的乙醇。 70569

Abstract: Outside cut recombinant dextranase Kluyveromyces marxianus as object, research cutting enzyme producing recombinant dextranase Kluyveromyces marxianus optimum culture medium compositions and conditions.
