摘要金花茶是山茶科山茶属植物,是一种药食同源的珍贵植物,属于中国濒危植物物种,它具有罕见的金黄色花朵,被称为“植物王国的大熊猫”。金花茶含有丰富的茶多酚、茶皂苷、茶多糖和茶氨酸等活性成分,具有很高的研究开发价值。本实验主要以金花茶叶子和花为研究对象,运用正相硅胶、C18反相硅胶、MCI-gel、sephadex LH-20、大孔树脂等柱层析及中压柱和高效液相色谱从中分离单体化合物,并利用液态核磁共振仪和质谱仪等对化合物的结构进行表征,从而达到鉴定化合物结构的目的。实验最终从金花茶叶子和花中分离得到七种单体化合物,其中从叶子中分离得到四个化合物Y-1、Y-2、Y-3、Y-4,从花中分离得到三个化合物H-1、H-2、H-3。其中五个单体化合物经鉴定分别是(Y-1)kaempferol 3-O-[2-O-(trans-p-coumaroyl)-3-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl]- α-D-glucopyranoside、(Y-2)aromadendrin、(Y-3)catechin、(Y-4)phlorizin 4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside、(H-1)(-)-catechin, H-2和H-3初步鉴定为山奈酚类黄酮苷化合物。78131

Title The study of phytochemicals from the leaves and flowers of Camellia nitidissima Chi
AbstractCamellia nitidissima Chi(CNC), a genus of flowering plants in the family theaceae, belongs to deciduous leaf bush, and has been traditionally used as healthy food and Chinese medicines in China。 CNC is a kind of Chinese endangered plant species, which has rare golden yellow flowers, so it is called “The plant kingdom of giant pandas”。 CNC is rich in active ingredients ,which include polyphenols, tea saponin, tea polysaccharides, theanine and so on, so it is necessary to study this plant。 Here, the leaves and flowers of CNC were studied with many isolation methods, such as normal phase silica gel, reversed phase C18 silica gel, MCI-gel, sephadex LH-20, macroporous resin column chromatography, medium pressure column and HPLC。 In order to elucidate the structures of these compounds, NMR and mass spectrometry were used。 Seven compounds were isolated and elucidated from the leaves and flowers of CNC。 They are (Y-1) kaempferol 3-O- [2-O- (trans-p-coumaroyl) -3-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl] - α-D-glucopyranoside, (Y-2) aromadendrin ,( Y-3) catechin ,(Y-4) phlorizin 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, (H-1) (-) - catechin and two flavonoid glycosides (H-2), (H-3)。
