摘 要:本试验通过前期实验室合成工作,将钼酸与甘氨酸试剂进行螯合,合成一种新型的络合态钼肥,以蚕豆为试验材料,分别用相同浓度的甘氨酸钼肥和钼酸钠叶面喷施处理三叶一心期蚕豆幼苗,每三天喷一次,共喷施3-5个周期。经过一段时间的生长,分别检测每一组蚕豆幼苗的叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数、光合作用效率等相关的生理指标,从而探究络合态钼肥对蚕豆幼苗部分光合生理指标的影响。结果显示,相较于传统钼酸钠,甘氨酸钼肥能显著提高蚕豆幼苗的各项光合生理指标。80040

Abstract: Through the early synthesis work, complexing state organic molybdenum fertilizer was synthesized by complex reaction between molybdic acid and glycine。 Broad bean seedlings with three leaves were used as experimental material which were treated by foliar-spraying glycine molybdenum fertilizer and sodium molybdate with the same concentration, sprayed once every three days。 After being sprayed about 3 to 5 cycles and a period of growth, the leaves of broad bean seedlings were tested for a series of physiological indexes such as the chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic efficiency for the purpose of studying the effects of the new kind of organic molybdenum fertilizer on some physiological indexes of broad bean seedlings。 The results showed that the organic molybdenum fertilizer could improve plants growth and development and increase some physiological indexes of broad bean seedlings compared with the traditional sodium molybdate fertilizer
