摘要:本试验利用硼酸与山梨醇在一定条件下进行反应,配制成一类络合态山梨醇与硼酸复合物的新型有机硼肥。并以黄瓜幼苗为试验材料,采用浓度为80mg/L的硼肥对三叶一心期的黄瓜幼苗叶片进行叶面喷施的处理。喷施三至五个周期后,对黄瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量及光合速率等部分光合生理指标进行检测,以传统的无机硼肥为对照,研究了络合态硼肥对黄瓜幼苗光合生理的影响。结果显示,与传统的无机硼肥相比较,叶面喷施络合态硼肥能显著提高黄瓜幼苗的各项相关光合生理指标。80011

Abstract: Boric acid and sorbitol were used for a special reaction under certain conditions in this experiment, in order to compound a new kind of sorbitol-boric acid complexes。 Cucumber seedlings were used as experimental material which were treated by foliar-spraying with 80 mg/L sorbitol-boric acid complexes when they grew into the period of three leaves。 After being sprayed about 3 to 5 cycles, compared with boric acid, the leaves of cucumber seedlings were tested for a part of physiological indexes such as chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate for the purpose of studying the effects of sorbitol-boric acid complexes on the photosynthetic physiology of cucumber seedlings。 The results showed that differed from traditional boric acid, using the method of foliar-spraying sorbitol-boric acid complexes could improve the variety of related physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings。
