摘 要:钼是较晚被证实的植物必需元素之一,氨基酸是植物生长发育所必需的重要生命物质。本实验将甘氨酸和钼酸进行螯合,配制成浓度为40mg/L的一种新型络合态钼肥,即甘氨酸钼(Gly- Mo)。以无机钼酸为对照,对三叶一心期的黄瓜幼苗进行叶面喷施,重复处理三个周期后,检测黄瓜幼苗叶片的光合生理指标,以研究Gly- Mo对黄瓜幼苗光合生理影响。结果表明,不同于普通无机钼肥,叶面喷施Gly- Mo对黄瓜幼苗的叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量、光合速率等相关生理指标均有所提高。75843

Abstract:Molybdenum, which is an essential trace element for higher plants, was found later。 Amino acid is essential to the growth and development of plants。 In this experiment, glycine and molybdic acid were used to generat for the purpose of the new type complex state molybdenum fertilizer named Glycine- Mo (Gly- Mo) with the concentration of 40 mg/L。 Compared with inorganic molybdenum fertilize, the cucumber seedlings were repeatedly treated by foliage-spraying Gly-Mo for three cycles, and the leaves of them were used to detect its physiological indexes in order to studying the effects of Gly- Mo on the photosynthetic physiology of the cucumber seedlings when they grew into the period of three leaves and one half leaf。 The results indicated that foliage-spraying Gly- Mo could improve the related physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings, including chlorophyll fluorescence, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and so on, compared with traditional inorganic molybdenum fertilize。
