摘要丑柑中的Vc、多酚和黄酮类化合物等抗氧化物质有清除自由基的能力。在丑柑果皮综合利用过程中,果皮采取真空冷冻干燥。
选取丑柑果皮作为原料,采用响应面分析法结合单因素试验,通过福林-酚法,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间作为自变量,以多酚得率作为响应值,通过四因素三水平的响应面法确定最佳提取工艺。88882
通过单因素实验确定超声波辅助提取法的乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间和超声温度四个影响因素的最佳取值分别为:60%,20:1,65℃,30min,响应面法得到的超声波辅助提取法提取丑柑果皮多酚的最佳工艺参数为: 60。39%,20。17:1,62。35℃,32。99min。

The ‘Shiranuh’ Mandarin peel is raw material。 On the basis of one-factor test, the response surface methodology was used to investigate the effects of parameters, including ethanol volume fraction, liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time。 By Folin-phenol method, obtain extraction rate。 The extraction process was optimized by response surface method with four factors and three levels with the extraction rate of polyphenols to obtain the optimal value。
The study showed that the optimal value of ethanol volume fraction, liquid-solid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time of ultrasonic assisted extraction method were 60%, 20:1, 65℃, 30min, determined by one-factor tests。 The results of Response Surface Method showed that the optimal process parameters of ‘Shiranuh’ Mandarin peel polyphenols which was extracted by the ultrasonic assisted extraction method were 60。39%, 20。17:1, 62。35℃, 32。99min。
