目的 本研究通过对杭州市居民保健食品需求现状和影响因素进行研究,分析影响居民保健食品需求的因素及存在的问题,为今后指导居民科学选择保健食品,提高居民健康提供依据,同时为保健食品行业发展提供理论研究基础。方法 以问卷形式对340名居民进行随机调查,利用SPSS19。0对数据进行统计学分析。对相关变量进行描述性分析,利用卡方检验和无序多分类logistic回归分析对居民保健食品需求的影响因素进行分析。结果 调查对象中购买率达到75。8%,以购买提高免疫力和补充维生素类型最多。年龄、婚姻、家庭人均月收入、吸烟、饮酒、运动、按时三餐和主观健康评价对居民购买保健食品有显著影响(P<0。01);年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、婚姻、家庭人均月收入、吸烟以及饮酒对居民选择保健食品的类型有显著影响(P<0。01)。结论 国家政府或相关部门可采用多形式、多渠道,根据群体特点开展针对性的健康教育,促进居民合理使用保健食品,保健食品生产商研发高品质,针对性强的保健食品,提高居民对保健食品的满意度。85312

Objective By taking a survey through the residents in Hangzhou, learning their current status of the demand of the functional food and analyzing the influence factor and existing problems , in order to provide valuable information for guiding residents to choose the functional foods more scientific to improve the health of residents and theoretical principle of the development of functional food industry。  Methods Make a random questionnaire investigation through 340 residents。 Do statistical analysis of the data in SPSS19。0。Do descriptive analysis of related variables。 Use Chi-square test, Multinomial Normal Logistic Regression analysis to analyze the factors which were impact the demand of the functional food of residents。 Result Among the residents, purchase rate reached 75。8%, buying the functional food of the increased immunity and vitamin supplements are most。 From the survey, it is found that age , marital status, family income per month, smoke, drink, exercise, have meals on time and the subjective health assessment have significant effects on the demand of the functional food (P<0。01)。 Age, gender, education level ,job, marital status, family income per month, smoke and drink have significant effects on the type choose of functional food of the residents(P<0。01)。 Conclusion The national government or relevant departments could adopt multi-forms and multi-channels, and according to the characteristics of the population, carry out the targeted health education and promote residents use the functional food more reasonable。 At the same time, the manufacturer of the functional food should have research and development on the high-quality and targeted functional food, to improve the satisfaction of the residents to the functional foods。
