摘要大麦(Hordeum vulgare L。)作为世界上最古老、最重要的栽培作物之一[1],是遗传学研究的模式植物之一,其食物结构符合现代人对健康饮食的要求,营养丰富,富含γ-氨基丁酸、黄酮等功能成分,具有较高的营养价值和医疗保健作用,受到人们的普遍关注。植酸作为大麦籽粒中很重要的反营养因子,其含量的多少及摄取均影响着人畜健康,探究大麦无机磷含量的遗传机制,根据无机磷与植酸间的相关关系,挖掘大麦籽粒的优良基因,培养低植酸高无机磷大麦品种,是当前十分重要和紧迫的研究工作。本研究以GP和H602为亲本构建的F6代124份RIL群体为研究对象,采用钼蓝比色法测定124份大麦品系籽粒中无机磷含量,利用分子遗传图谱及定位软件,进行相关数量性状基因位点(QTL)定位,剖析大麦无机磷含量的分子遗传机制。研究发现,实验共检测到3个与无机磷含量性状相关的数量性状基因座,分别位于第2H、4H和5H染色体上,解释大麦籽粒无机磷含量性状的变异介于12%-22%之间。该研究结果对大麦籽粒无机磷含量基因的精细定位及种质资源筛选、育种利用奠定了一定的基础。76775

Abstract Barley (Hordeum vulgare L。) as the world's oldest and one of the most important cultivated plants[1], is one of the model plant for genetics research, the food structure in line with modern requirements of healthy eating, nutritious, rich in γ-aminobutyric acid, flavonoids and other functional ingredients, with high nutritional value and role of health care, by the people's attention。 Phytic acid as an important anti-nutritional factors in barley grain, the number of intake and its contents are affecting human and animal health, to explore the genetic mechanisms barley inorganic phosphorus content, based on correlation between phytic acid and inorganic phosphate mining barley grain gene, training low phytic and high inorganic phosphorus barley varieties, is currently very important and urgent work。 In this study, GP and H602 as a parent build F6 generation of 124 RIL population for the study, the use of molybdenum blue colorimetry 124 strains of barley grain inorganic phosphorus content, using molecular genetic map and positioning software, the associated quantitative trait locus loci (QTL) locate, analyze the molecular genetic mechanisms barley inorganic phosphorus content。 The study found that three experiments were detected with inorganic phosphorus content traits quantitative trait loci were located 2H, 4H and 5H chromosome on to explain the variation in barley grain inorganic phosphorus content traits between 12% to 22% between。 The results of fine mapping and germplasm screening and breeding use of inorganic phosphorus content of barley grains gene laid a foundation。
