摘要全球气候变暖是人类迄今面临的最大的环境问题,当前科学家认为,解决气 候变化问题的重要措施之一是减少二氧化碳的排放。在过去的一个世纪中,城市 产生了百分之七十八的二氧化碳排放。城市面积仅占不到百分之三的陆地面积, 但是城市对世界环境和空气的影响是极为重要的。减少碳排放,评估城市碳排放、 碳源及碳汇水平[1],利于规划与建设低碳城市,达到节能减排,实现低碳城市生 活,促进当前低碳环保可持续发展的目标。70809
因此,本课题以苏州城市为研究对象,对选择示范区居民小区、苏州新区一 中、苏高新产业园区等不同的区域的二氧化碳排放量做统计,寻找其变化规律, 并构建模型测算二氧化碳排放总量,以利于总体把握城市内二氧化碳排放量。

City Organization Level of Carbon Emissions Model
Abstract Global warming is the biggest environmental problem humanity has ever faced, current scientists believe that one of the important measures to address climate change is to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. In the past century, the city generates 78% of CO2 emissions. Urban areas accounted for only less than three percent of the land area, but the impact on the global environment and urban air is extremely important. Reduce carbon emissions, assess urban carbon emissions, carbon sources and sinks levels conducive to planning and building low-carbon cities, achieve energy conservation, low-carbon city life, promoting environmentally sustainable development in the current low-carbon objectives.
Thus, the subject of Suzhou city for the study of different carbon dioxide emissions in the region residential area selection demonstration area, Suzhou New District First, the Soviet high-tech industrial park so do the statistics, looking for its variation, and build the model estimates of carbon dioxide emissions total the amount of the benefit to grasp the overall carbon dioxide emissions in the city.
