摘要中国的体育事业和文化产业的迅速发展,赢得了越来越多的人赞扬,体育健身俱乐部作为一个公共体育健身场所同时,数量和规模一直在扩大。为了了解镇江市健身俱乐部经营管理现状,推动镇江市健身事业的的蓬勃发展,以镇江市5家健身俱乐部为研究对象,采取文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对镇江市健身俱乐部的基本概况、经营管理情况、会员情况等进行研究。研究认为结果如下:86157

1。镇江市健身俱乐部选址集中于相对繁华地带,经营项目种类繁多,规模参差不齐,营销手段多样,经营收益不等。

2。镇江市健身俱乐部缺乏优秀的有经验的专业经营人才,健身教练年龄普遍年轻,不同的健身房教练水平差异较大。

3。镇江市健身俱乐部会员以年轻会员为消费主体,男女性别没有太大的差异,消费水平在不断增加。

4。镇江市健身俱乐部现有的问题是镇江市近年来健身俱乐部数量不断增加,现有市场竞争激烈;缺乏俱乐部的专业管理人才;俱乐部综合服务质量有待调高。

5。镇江市健身俱乐部发展的主要对策是面对市场竞争,必须改革创新,利用自身优势增强竞争力;培养俱乐部的专业管理人才;改善俱乐部服务质量,科学的管理健身俱乐部。
