中学生网球裁判培养方式的调查研究
摘要本文通过文献资料法，专家访谈法，问卷调查法，数理统计法，了解了浙大附中两个校区中学生网球裁判不同培养方式下的发展现状，对浙大附中两个校区的80名中学生网球裁判（其中玉泉校区仍采用传统网球学生培养方式、丁兰校区采用“互联网+”模式的学生网球裁判培养）、杭州四所网球俱乐部的比赛组织者计20名进行了问卷调查，对不同培养方式下，学生问卷和俱乐部比赛组织者问卷的结果对比分析，得出：“互联网+” 模式下学生网球裁判培养与传统培养模式相比，能提供更好的学习资源，加强裁判队伍的建设以及完善评价体系；相对利于提升学生参加网球裁判培养的学习兴趣和自信心；相对利于提升学生理论知识水平、裁判水平和个人素质。 88132
