摘 要 本文以杭州市学正小学为例,运用访谈法、问卷调查法,对杭州市学正小学体育社团进行了研究分析,通过对杭州市学正小学体育社团教师年龄、文化程度、教学性质,以及学生家长对体育社团的支持程度、杭州市学正小学体育社团场地设施管理和体育社团管理制度等方面进行调查统计,在分析当前杭州市学正小学体育社团现状及存在的问题的基础上,对当前如何促进杭州市学正小学体育社团健康发展,提出了一些发展策略:1、加强体育社团教师培训力度,进行差异化教育:2、增加体育设施、因地制宜发展特色体育社团项目:3、增加经费投入,营造独特文化:4、完善体育社团的管理等对策以促进杭州市学正小学体育社团的开展,为研究杭州市小学体育社团发展提供一定的理论基础和实践意义。89999
