摘要:当前大学生的就业问题成为影响社会和谐发展的热点热点问题,面对目前紧张的就业压力,社会体育专业作为新办专业在如此背景下更是面临严峻的考验。本文为了探究社会体育专业“一专多能”培养目标与就业的影响关系。以淮阴师范学院12级社会体育专业的毕业生为研究对象,从系统论的角度出发,采用文献资料法,调查法,数据整理法,逻辑分析法等研究方法,对淮阴师范学院社会体育专业的毕业生就业状况进行了系统的研究,为了保证研究过程的准确性和研究结果的可靠性,进行问卷调研,同时也咨询了相关的用人单位和应届毕业生。充分掌握淮阴师范学院社会体育专业毕业生的基本状况和就业现状,揭示了淮阴师范学院体育学院社会体育专业“一专多能”培养目标下就业工作中存在的问题。得出如下结论:学生就业形式相对较为单一、毕业生就业准备不足,缺乏就业主动、对就业政策不够了解,存在一定的就业盲目性、就业技能实际应用能力欠缺。91105
