摘  要： 本文以淮安市淮阴区重点小学足球运动开展现状为研究对象，以淮安市淮阴区重点小学中的部分学生、家长以及体育教师为调查对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法和数据统计法等研究方法，对淮安市淮阴区重点小学足球运动开展现状及影响因素进行问卷调查，分析数据和结果，得出以下结论：足球场地和训练器材不足以及经费的匮乏；足球专业老师的数量和业务水平有待提高；家长对足球运动的认知不深，对学生参与足球运动的支持度不够；学生参与足球运动的普及率低，足球文化宣传有待提高。这些都是制约淮安市淮阴区重点小学足球运动开展的瓶颈。本文旨在了解淮安市淮阴区重点小学足球开展现状，小学足球运动普及力度及其效果，探索影响学生参与足球运动的原因，以便相关部门单位采取有效措施，建立切实可行的小学足球运动开展体系。为淮安市淮阴区重点小学足球运动的开展提供参考。92745

Abstract: This paper takes Huaian District of Huaiyin city primary school football research, in Huaian city Huaiyin District key primary school part of the students, parents and teachers as the research object, using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and logical analysis and other research methods, conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation in Huaian Huaiyin District key primary school football, data analysis and results, draw the following conclusions: football venues and training equipment and lack of funds lack of professional football; the number of teachers and business level needs to be improved; the parents of soccer sports cognition is not deep, for students to participate in football and support is not enough; the popularity of students participating in football low rate of propaganda and cultural football needs to be improved。 These are the bottleneck restricting the development of football in Huaiyin District of Huaian。 This paper aims to understand the key primary school football in Huaian city Huaiyin District primary school football sports development present situation, popularization and effect, explore the factors influencing students' participation in football, so that the relevant departments to take effective measures to establish primary school football feasible to carry out system。 The paper provides reference for the development of football in key schools in Huaiyin District of Huaian。
