摘 要：随着淮安经济社会的快速发展，人民生活水平日益提升，我市老年人越来越注重生活品质的提升，因此休闲体育活动被越来越多的老年人青睐。本文综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查和数理统计等方法对淮安市四区老年人休闲体育参与现状进行调查，结果显示：我市老年人对休闲体育的理解不全面，参与活动场所存在差异且缺乏组织与指导，体育消费思想保守等一系列问题。根据以上调查结果提出相关建议，以大力发展我市老年人休闲体育，促进老年人的身心健康，提高老年人的生活质量，更好的为我市老年人科学参加休闲体育运动乃至推动全民健身运动发展提供理论指导。54736

Abstract：Huaian's rapid economic and social development, people's living standards rising, our older people pay more and more attention to improve quality of life, the leisure sports activities are more and more old people favor. In this paper, the integrated use of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and other methods of investigation, the present situation of leisure sports of four elderly people in Huaian shows: the elderly people in our city of leisure sports is not fully understood, there are differences and lack of organization and guidance to participate in activities, a series of problems of sports consumption of conservative thought etc.. And puts forward related suggestions according to the findings above, to vigorously develop the leisure sports of the elderly, promote physical and mental health of old people, to improve the quality of life of the elderly, the better for our elderly Science in leisure sports and promote the development of nationwide fitness campaign to provide theoretical guidance.
