摘要: 本文运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理分析等方法进行研究,通过对淮安市清河区“英派斯”的部分消费者发放问卷的方式进行访问与调查,对这些消费者的自身情况以及他们的健身需求和健身选择做一个详尽的了解。调查结果表明在“英派斯”健身俱乐部里进行健身消费的群体都拥有很强的健康意识和较高的学历且拥有稳定的收入来让他们进行日常的健身消费;在对这些消费者进行访问与调查时,发现他们在选择健身俱乐部时会对这个俱乐部的地理位置、俱乐部的服务态度及内部设施等方面进行一个综合性的考虑;在对这次调查结果进行分析和探讨的时候我们发现多数消费者对健身俱乐部的服务质量持满意态度,但是还有一些问题有待解决;针对以上问题提出一些合理的建议来使健身俱乐部在今后的时间里能够得到更好地发展。81465
