摘 要:近几年,随着各地对教师队伍建设的重视和加强,一大批师范院校毕业生进入了教师队伍,他们在成为提升教师队伍整体素质、优化教师队伍整体结构的主体力量的同时,也带来了新任教师普遍存在的适应问题。入职阶段初期是教师专业发展的一个关键期,也是一个充实期。本文是基于前人对新任教师职适应性研究成果的基础上,采用问卷调查的方法,对2014届体教专业毕业生入职适应性问题进行调查。从而了解新任体育教师的现状和职业适应情况,从学校教育、教育实习和入职教育三方面找出新任体育教师职业适应问题存在的原因,提出改进学校教育形式、重视教育过程中的教育实习、完善指导教师制度、培养师德四个方面帮助他们解决职业适应中存在的问题,让他们快速转变角色、适应新的岗位与环境,促进新任体育教师更好的发展。66840

Abstract:All over in recent years, with the emphasis on teachers team construction and strengthen, a large number of normal colleges and universities graduates enter the teachers, they are become raise teachers' overall quality, optimizing the structure of teachers as a whole the main body of the power at the same time, also brought the new teachers' adaptation problem of the widespread. In early stage is a critical period of teacher professional development, is also a full period. This article is based on the predecessors' research achievements of the new teachers' adaptability, on the basis of using the method of questionnaire investigation, induction on graduates who major in 2014 the body teach adaptation to investigate. To understand the status quo of the new physical education teachers and professional to adapt to the situation, from the school education, education practice and the vocational education three aspects to find the new physical education teachers to adapt to the cause of the problem, put forward to improve the school education form, attach importance to the education in the process of education practice and improve the system of teachers, cultivating virtue four aspects to help them solve the problems that exist in the vocational adjustment, let them change roles, quickly adapt to the new position and the environment, promote the better development of the new physical education teachers.

1.1 问题的提出
新任体育教师是体育教育的新生力量,是学校体育事业得以发展延续的期望力量。新任教师入职不久,处于基本社会化刚完成和继续社会化刚开始的交接阶段,他们掌握了一定的科学文化知识和适应社会的技能,进行着职业社会化的过程。教师岗位有着特殊的角色期待和要求,他们把所学到的知识与技能运用到工作岗位上,以获得在社会上的谋生能力以及新的社会地位和角色,但真要他们把学到的理论运用到教学实践中还有一个长期适应与磨练的过程。
