摘    要本文通过对西湖区初中学校武术教师素质的调查，旨在找出武术教师主要需具备的素质，目前西湖区教师存在的问题，找出教师必备的素质及可以促进教师发展的方法，从而改善体育教师的不足，提高体育教师教学质量。88955

本文通过文献资料法和问卷调查法对西湖区初中体育教师具备的素质进行分析研究，以初中体育教师应具备的技能为研究对象，针对西湖区武术教师的教学现状情况进行分析和论述，并提出一些相应的解决策略和展望。

研究结果是武术推广下对初中体育教师需要具备较为全面的素质，才能满足体育课程教育需求，体育教师应具备良好的教学素质、运动素质、扎实的专业基础理论知识和具有编排动作和把握节奏的能力。

通过对西湖区初中学校武术推广下初中体育教师应具备的技能得出的结论是：

1面临新课程改革的发展，很多武术教师的思想还是停留在原地阶段。

2武术教师作为体育教师，只要有扎实的专业知识，有良好的形体表现力，有精湛的专业技能，有好的教学方法，就能将知识传授给学生，就能达到自身的教学目标。

3在评价与总结过程中，教师往往注重课后的教学评价，挫伤学生的学习积极性。

In this paper, through the investigation of Xihu District junior middle school Wushu teachers' quality, in order to find out the main martial arts teachers to have the quality, the current Xihu District teachers' problems, method to find out the essential quality of teachers and can promote the development of teachers, so as to improve the shortage of teachers, improve the teaching quality of PE teachers。

This article conducts the analysis research through the methods of literature and questionnaire of junior high school physical education teachers in Xihu District have the quality, to the junior high school physical education teachers should possess skills as the research object, analyzes and discusses on the teaching status quo of Xihu District martial arts teachers, and puts forward some corresponding strategies and prospects。
