摘要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、调查访问法等方法,对淮安市部分健身会所私人健身教练的现状进行调查和分析。结果表明:目前淮安市健身会所中,私人健身教练队伍具有年轻、教育状况良好、专业理论尚可等特点,但专业水准一般、实践能力较弱。还发现,私人健身教练目前缺乏统一规范的行业标准和相应的培养体系以及薪水过低,健身会所留不住人才。鉴于此,有关部门应建立规范健身会所私人健身教练资格认证和培训制度,提高薪水福利,以保证和促进我国健身市场良性发展,拓展体育毕业生就业渠道,提高健身会所私人健身教练专业水准和信誉度。67384

Abstract

The methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, part of huaian fitness club private fitness instructor present situation investigation and analysis. Huaian fitness club results show that the current personal trainer team with young, education is in good condition, professional theory can be wait for a characteristic, but professional level and practical ability is weak. Also found that personal trainer is currently a lack of unified standard industry standards and the corresponding training system as well as the salary is too low, fitness club keep talents. In view of this, the relevant departments shall establish standard fitness club private fitness instructor qualification certification and training system, improve the salary and welfare, to ensure and promote the benign development of fitness market in China, sports and graduate employment channels, and improve the fitness club private fitness coach professionalism and credibility.

1.前言

自从20世纪90年代末以来,随着我国人民物质生活水平的明显提高,根据人们的需要,健身会所私人健身教练作为一种新兴的职业随之产生。但是目前人们对于健身会所操课教练的研究比较多,而针对私人健身教练的研究还比较少。基于此,本研究就淮安市健身会所私人健身教练的现状进行调查分析,以期发现其中存在的问题,提出相应的对策,旨在促进健身会所私人健身教练队伍稳定、有序、快速发展,缓解体育专业学生就业压力。
