摘要我院自2008年成立伊始即设立健身类课程(健美操、瑜珈),但与上海体院等相比,相关课程出现时间晚、发展时间短,还需要进一步完善。本文运用文献资料调查、专家咨询等方法,对2012-2015我院健身类课程设置现状进行调查,发现:86989

1、我院健美操教学共96学时,教学内容分理论、技术两部分:理论教学16学时,侧重基本理论、基础教学能力和基层比赛组织与裁判要求,技术教学80学时,以大众健美操1-6级为主,考核按平时成绩、理论、技能进行综合评定;瑜伽教学共30学时,教学内容分理论、实践两部分:理论教学2学时,侧重瑜伽的发展历程以及瑜伽锻炼;技术教学28学时,以基本练习为主,考核按照平时成绩、理论、实践成绩进行综合评定。

2、其他高校中,(1)上体:健美操教学共480学时,教学内容包括理论、技术、能力培养三部分,理论侧重绘图、创编,技术侧重基本动作、组合、特殊课种健美操教学,能力培养以绘图、教学、创编为主,考核以实践为准;通过网络和文献查阅未收集到瑜伽课课程设置相关文件。(2)武体:健美操教学共584个学时,教学内容分理论、技术两部分,理论侧重项目基本知识,技术侧重基本动作及不同种类健美操训练,考核以实践为准,通过网络和文献查阅未收集到健美操课课程设置相关文件。(3)沈体:瑜伽教学内容分理论、技术、能力培养三部分,理论侧重项目概述、饮食等,技术侧重基本练习方法,能力侧重编排等,考核以实践为标准进行评定。通过网络查阅和文献查阅未查阅到瑜伽课时数相关文件。

3、通过对比,发现我院健身类课程设置:时数较少,教学内容不够丰富;对学生能力培养不足;考核项目设置较为科学、全面。

建议:1、增加课时数;2、进一步完善教学内容,增加运动损伤、营养卫生、多种类健身操和瑜珈项目;3、丰富教学方法和教学形式,突出健身特点;4、制订管理制度,完善健身房和健美操馆的管理,为学生提供更多更合理的服务。

Our university from 2012 to 2015 fitness class curriculum present situation investigation and optimization research

Abstract The shape-up bodybuilding courses of our college had developed in a short time。We are in the beginning about fitness。In this paper,we survey the current situation of the fitness class between 2012 and 2015 through methods of literature investigation and expert consultation, and learn about the the setting of fitness courses of other colleges and universities。Then we will compare and analysis to analysis their advantage and disadvantage。We find that :

1, From a total of 96 hours in aerobics teaching, teaching theory and technology of two parts: theoretical teaching 16 classes, focusing on the basic theory, basic teaching ability and competition at the grass-roots level and the referee called for teaching, technical teaching 80 hours and training is given priority to with mass aerobics grade 1 to grade 6, the inspection according to the grades, theory, skills, make a comprehensive assessment; Yoga teaching, a total of 30 hours, teaching is pided into two parts: theory, practice theory teaching, 2 learning content focuses on the developing course of yoga and yoga value; The practice teaching, a total of 28 hours, give priority to with the basic ways of practicing yoga。

2, The other in colleges and universities, (1) Shanghai University Of Sport: a total of 480 hours and calisthenics teaching teaching theory, technology, ability of three parts, the theory part, the plait, music and other content, focusing on the drawing technique teaching basic actions, including composition, special lesson of aerobics, etc。, ability includes drawing, such as teaching, creating and practice ability, the inspection will be subject to practice assessment; (2) Wuhan sports college: aerobics classes, a total of 584 hours, teaching can be pided into theory and technology of two parts, theoretical part focuses on the basic knowledge such as content, technology consists of basic movements and different kinds of aerobics course;(3)Shenyang sports institute: yoga teaching is pided into three parts, the basic knowledge and skills, teaching and training and practice ability。 Overview of basic knowledge of the main teaching yoga, diet and other related theory, teaching and training, focus on the basic practice, practice ability, including layout, view, etc。3, by contrast, found in our gym class curriculum: 1, the small number of aerobics class type is not rich; 2, yoga course contents are too single, only asana, lack of choreography combined practice; 3, special related to student's ability training; 4, set up a scientific and comprehensive assessment project。
