摘要体育事业单位作为我国事业单位的重要组成部分,在加快体育建设,推动体育发展发挥越来越重要的作用。本文以江苏省体育局为例,对我国体育事业单位员工激励机制做了分析与探讨。论文的主要内容有以下七个方面构成:绪论、体育事业事业单位员工激励机制的理论、体育事业单位员工激励机制研究、江苏省体育局员工激励机制现状分析、江苏省体育局员工激励机制构建对策、结论。所谓激励指激发鼓励,而激励机制则是要求建立一套合理有效的激励办法,使其达到激发鼓励的效果。文章通过分析江苏省体育局员工激励机制现状,从事业单位管理工作的角度,阐述建立和健全激励机制构建对策。68021

Title Incentive Mechanism of China's sports sector employees——A Case Study of Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau
Abstract
Sports institutions as an important component of China's institutions, to speed up the construction of the sports, play more and more important role in promoting the development of sports. This paper takes Jiangsu Province Sports Bureau as an example, the analysis and discussion of the unit of China's sports staff incentive mechanism. The main contents of the thesis consists of the following seven aspects: the incentive mechanism of introduction, sports institutions staff theory, sports institutions staff incentive mechanism research, Jiangsu Province Sports Bureau staff incentive mechanism present situation analysis, conclusion on the strategy, construction of the incentive mechanism of Jiangsu Province Sports Bureau staff. The so-called incentive to encourage, the incentive mechanism is called for the establishment of a reasonable and effective incentive measures, to encourage effect. Through the analysis of the Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau employees incentive mechanism present situation, from the management institutions of the angle, the establishment and improvement of incentive mechanism construction countermeasures.
