摘要：排球运动是学校体育教学的重要内容和课余体育活动的重要形式，它为提高学生身体素质、培养学生团队合作意识、丰富校园文化生活等方面发挥积极作用。通过排球教学可以培养学生吃苦耐劳、团结协作、集体荣誉感等优良的品质，使学生掌握体育锻炼方法，养成终身体育锻炼的习惯。

本论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对淮安市中学生排球发展情况进行研究，其中分别对淮安市排球开课率、器材来源、场地设施、师资力量进行分析，其结果显示：五星级学校开课率充足，场地器材设施较为完备，排球教师年龄结构合理，职称梯队，学历层次高等特点，而三星级学校开课率、场地器材设施较差，不够完备，同时高级职称，年龄两极分化，没有形成老中青层次梯队建设。分析影响淮安市各中学排球教学影响因素，最后提出相应问题的解决方法，为淮安学校体育教学，为推动淮安市地方排球群众基础奠定基础，为发展和规划淮安排球事业的发展提供建议。73509

Abstract：Volleyball is the important content of school physical education teaching and the important form of extracurricular sports activities, it to improve the students' physical quality, cultivating students' team cooperation consciousness, rich campus culture life, etc, play an active role。In volleyball teaching can cultivate students to bear hardships and stand hard work, solidarity and collaboration, the collective sense of honor and so on excellent quality, to make the students master the physical training method, get into the habit of lifelong physical exercise。

This paper USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, to research on middle school students volleyball development situation, which respectively for huaian volleyball course rate, source equipment, facilities, teacher strength analysis, the result shows that: the five-star schools start ratios, location equipment facilities are complete, volleyball teachers' age structure is reasonable, the echelon of professional titles, academic degree is high, and three-star schools start rate, poor of site equipment and facilities, inadequate, senior titles at the same time, the age of polarization, no form construction and bring together levels。Analysis influence on middle school volleyball teaching influence factors, finally put forward the corresponding method to resolve the problem, to huaian school physical education, to promote the huaian volleyball mass base foundation, for the development and planning of huaian volleyball career development advice。

1。前言

排球运动是学校体育教学的重要内容和课余体育活动的重要形式，它为提高学生身体素质、培养学生团队合作意识、丰富校园文化生活等方面发挥积极作用。但学生对排球活动的认识程度不够，参与排球运动的人数较少。大部分普通高中的排球教学因为受教学内容、教学方法、师资力量等影响，缺乏吸引力。

江苏省从2002年开始实行体育与健康新课程改革，排球作为选项教学的一个模块容在各个中学逐渐开展起来，通过排球教学可以培养学生吃苦耐劳、团结协作、集体荣誉感等优良的品质，使学生掌握体育锻炼方法，养成终身体育锻炼的习惯。通过排球模块教学可以促进学校素质教育的深入开展，并为体育事业选拔和培养后备人才做出贡献，也有助于群众体育深入广泛的开展。

本文试就目前我校排球教学现状进行调查研究进行深入的分析研究并提出相应的对策，以便能够好应用于指导排球教学，清晰指出当前排球教学中存在的不足以及在今后的排球教学中提高教学质量，以为同类院校提供参考。论文网
