摘要自从第一台激光雷达问世以来,激光雷达的发展十分迅速,应用前景广阔,扫描系统则是成像激光雷达硬件中的关键技术,其中45度扫描转镜的应用最为广泛。本文在资料调研的基础上,介绍了激光雷达扫描成像系统以及45度扫描转镜进行了背景和意义并讨论了45度扫描转镜的优缺点;然后使用Solidworks完成了零件的设计和装配,并通过计算和模拟得出45度扫描转镜在工作时可能造成的各种误差,着重研究了当光束有偏移误差时,45度扫描转镜的偏转平移特性;最后针对45度扫描转镜在双目激光雷达中的应用进行了实验验证并提出改进意见;结果表明:45度扫描转镜的发射和接收视场随转镜的旋转存在像旋现象,45度扫描转镜可以较好地实现双目激光雷达旋转扫描功能。87544

Title 45 degrees turn scanning mirror design and its applicationin binocular laser radar system research
Abstract Since the advent of the first laser radar, laser radar development is very rapid, application prospect, scanning system is the key technology of imaging laser radar hardware, including 45 degrees of scanning mirror of the most widely used。In this paper, on the basis of information research, scanning imaging laser radar system are introduced and 45-degree turn scanning mirror in the background and meaning and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of 45 degree turn scanning mirror;Then use Solidworks design and assembly of finished parts, and through the calculation and simulation from 45 degrees turn scanning mirror at work may cause all kinds of error, this paper studies when the beam has a bias error, turn 45 degrees of scanning mirror deflection characteristics of translation;Finally turn to 45 degrees of scanning mirror at binocular, the application of laser radar experimental verification and improvement is put forward;Results show that the 45 degree scanning mirror of the transmitting and receiving view along with the rotation of the transit is like spin phenomena, turn 45 degrees of scanning mirror can be rotated to better realize the binocular laser radar scanning function。源-于,优~尔^论=文.网www.youerw.com 原文+QQ7520~18766
