摘要近年来国内LCD液晶组件产业得到了迅猛的发展,液晶显示器在现代人类的生活中被广泛的应用,对于液晶显示器带来的视觉享受要求也越来越高。对于生产液晶显示器企业提升市场占有率的最大优势就是降低生产成本、提高生产品质。而决定检验显示品质的检测缺陷技术是决胜之关键。61624
本课题主要解决LCD基板玻璃裂痕人工检测效率低下、成本过高和检测质量得不到保证的问题。提出一种以MATLAB为主要工具的TFT-LCD屏显示裂痕检测方案。通过运用MATLAB对目标图像的类型转换、阈值分割、边缘检测、特征提取以及目标识别,分析出液晶玻璃基板的裂痕与污点,从而实现液晶屏裂痕检测的实时、准确、可靠的高效自动化操作。
通过实验发现该系统还是挺好用的,只要设定好阈值基本可以检验出大部分的污点和裂痕区别。

Title Automatic Detection Of LCD Glass Substrate Cracks
Abstract
In recent years, the domestic LCD liquid crystal components industry has been rapid development,Liquid crystal display is widely used in modern human life. For liquid crystal display bring visual enjoyment are increasingly high requirements,The biggest advantage of LCD production enterprises to improve the market share is to reduce production costs, improve production quality. And decided to test the display defect detection technology is the key to winning quality.
Because of LCD substrate glass crack artificial low detection efficiency, high cost and quality can not be guaranteed issue. We set up this subject to research it .We propose MATLAB as the main tool for TFT-LCD screen display crack detection scheme.By using the MATLAB to target images’s Type conversion, threshold segmentation, edge detection, feature extraction and target recognition. Analysis of the LCD glass substrate, In order to achieve efficient automated real-time, accurate, and reliable operation of LCD screen crack detection.
