论文介绍了 MPS 系统与工业机器人、PLC 控制及机电气一体化的结合;研究了 MPS 系 统中,加工检测单元的硬件构成和工作原理,及构成的全自动生产线;实现了各单元协 调工作。并利用组态软件对加工检测单元实现了实时监控,提高了设备可靠性和效率, 增强了设备的智能化程度。并对研究过程中发现的不足提出了一些改进设想。

Title The development and research of drilling and testing unit in MPS
Abstract
MPS refers to the modular production system. The system is a kind of simulation operation platform to perform functions such as loading, handling, processing, installation, classification and other functions of the automated production and processing unit;Its a drive for the modern manufacturing model, It builds unmanned workshops which integrate mechatronics technology,intelligent technology,automation technology.The research and development of working process in MPS system,have great significance for improving the intelligence,flexibility and efficiency of industrial production.
This paper introduces the combination of MPS system,industrial robots,PLC controls and mechanical and electrical integration of the combination of gas. In the paper, the hardware structure and working principles of drilling and testing unit in MPS are aiso studied,as well as the automatic production line.MPS makes coordinated work of each unit come true,and by using configuration software for real-time monitoring of the working modules,the reliability and efficiency of MPS are improved ,the same to the equipment’s intelligence.Some ideas are proposed to improve shortages found in the process of research.
