摘要自 1877 年温州正式开埠后，进一步催发了该地区的鸦片贸易。从 1877 年—1915 年的海关贸易报 告显示，温州口岸合法进口的鸦片数额并不大，远远小于宁波口岸，历年进口额处于波动变化之中，经 历了剧烈波动期（1877—1890）、稳定期（1891—1907）、禁绝期（1907—1915）。每一阶段鸦片进口 额变化都有特定的影响因素，总的归纳受到了以下因素的影响：消费市场的扩大、厘金制度的变化、本 地土烟的冲击 、禁烟政策的推行。值得注意的是，尽管鸦片贸易在政府的财政收入、温州商品经济发 展等具有重要影响，但是这种影响是表面的，背后所带来的是更大的促退作用，促使温州社会经济朝病 态发展、社会风气不断恶化。88971

Since 1877 Wenzhou was opened as a treaty port,   further promotes the   development of the opium trade in Wenzhou。 From 1877 to 1915 the customs trade report, it’s shows Wenzhou Port of legally imported opium amount is not large, far less than Ningbo Port。 Over the years the opium import volume is fluctuating,which experience a period of intense volatility (1877-1890), stable period (1891-1907), the prohibition period (1907-1915) 。The changes in opium imports at each stage have specific influencing factors, and the general induction is influenced by the following factors:the expansion of the consumer market, the persification of likin system, the impact of local opium and the implementation of opium ban policy。 It is noteworthy that despite the opium trade in the government's fiscal revenue, Wenzhou commodity economy has an important impact,actually this effect is superficial, which bring a greater urging effect, promote the social economy get morbid development and the social atmosphere continues to deteriorate。
