摘要:电水动力学(Electrohydrodynamics,简称EHD)强化传热是一种主动强化传热方法。它是在流体中施加一个外加电场,利用电场、流场和温度场的相互作用而达到强化传热的目的。近几年来,国外许多学者对这一领域进行了大量研究,而国内的研究则刚刚起步。但是到目前为止,一方面,EHD强化传热的机理尚不清楚,理论也不成熟,还没有完整的EHD强化传热理论模型;另一方面,目前的大多数研究处于实验阶段,还未真正应用到工程实际中。
本文首先回顾了EHD技术领域的发展概况,综述了EHD强化传热的研究现状,在此基础上,阐述了研究对流强化传热的必要性。选择低沸点的介电流体材料R11为工质,由测量系统、冷却系统、加压系统等主要部件组成的对流换热试验系统,对电流体动力学强化换热进行了实验研究,并对电动流体力学强化换热的机理进行了一定的分析。
通过实验结果可以看出,电场强化技术对对流换热有明显强化效果,为电场强化对流换热理论研究的扩展提供了一定的依据。最后对电场强化对流换热机理进行了理论上的探讨,并通过理论对实验结果进行了分析,验证了本毕业论文提出的电场强化换热技术是一种有效的强化对流换热方法。20510

Experimental Research on Electric Field Enhancement of Convection Heat Transfer
Abstract: EHD heat transfer enhancement is a positive technology of heat transfer. It is able to enhance heat transfer through the interaction of electric field, flow field and temperature field with the fluid applied an electric field. In the latest few years, many foreign scholars have carried out a lot of researches in this field, however, domestic studies in this field are just on initial step. But so far, on one hand, the mechanism of EHD enhanced heat transfer is not very clear, the theory is not mature, and the theoretical model is not integrate; on the other hand, most of the current researches are just doing experiments, and the technology has not been used in actual engineering.
In this paper, at first, the general situation in EHD field was reviewed, the research actuality was summarized and on a basis of this,the need of the enhanced convection heat transfer research was represented. Aimed at the characteristics of low temperature waste heat power generation, and composed by measurement systems, cooling systems, pressurized system and other major components of the roles of convection heat transfer model under the electric field,studying Electrohydrodynamics enhanced heat transfer technology experimentally, also  do  certain  a  amount  of  analysis  for  the  mechanism  of Electrohydrodynamics  enhanced  heat  transfer.
From the analysis of the experimental results, we concluded that the electric field enhancement technique can enhance convection heat transfer obviously. The results are valuable for extending the theoretical investigation of electric field enhancement of convection heat transfer. The theoretical discussion on electric field enhancement of convection heat transfer mechanism has been made and analyze the experimental results by the theory, From it we prove that the electric field enhancement technique is an effective method of enhancement convection heat transfer.
