地方高师院校物理专业学生考研动机的调查研究

Investigation Local College Physics Major Students Motivation
--Taking ZhouKou Normal University as An Example
Abstract: Today has been in the postgraduate students of local normal universities set off a boom, in order to guide students to establish correct professional physical examination motivation so as to better guide the academic planning.This paper carries on the investigation to the physics of Zhoukou Normal University students by questionnaire, understand their motive and its influence factors. The study found that students majoring in physics study motivation has persified trend. Factors affecting their motive in general are the pressure of employment, self realization, family, hobbies, work environment, external environment. Finally, based on the investigation results of students majoring in physics and gives suggestions of local normal colleges.

地方高师院校物理专业学生考研动机的调查研究
引言
地方高师院校在我国教师教育事业中具有重要作用，在教师教育的综合化、多元化的背景下，地方高师院校与部属师范院校竞争没有太大的优势。学生追求高学历，研究型的“升学风”开始呈现普遍趋势。我国大学生考研规模不断扩大以及在当前地方高校转型发展下，对地方高师院校物理专业学生考研动机会产生什么影响，本次研究通过问卷的形式对周口师范学院物理学专业学生进行调查，了解物理学专业学生考研动机并对其影响因素做具体分析，帮助学生建立积极的学习动机，树立正确的择业观。
1. 背景介绍
1.1研究意义
当前地方高师院校学生考研规模不断扩大，对学生考研动机及其影响因素的调查研究，有利于引导物理专业学生树立正确的考研动机和学业规划。同时为地方高校培养出高质量的研究生生源提供参考，对加强高校研究生培养、教育教学管理也有重要意义。
1.2研究现状
之前的研究者对考研动机的调查做了多层次、多方面的研究。朱宁波、赫丽娜、李亚文对辽宁省某大学教育学院2009级硕士的考研动机进行调查，发现其存在的问题，并进行分析，然后提出相应的建议和对策[1]。蔡熙文对江苏某高校本科在校学生中大学二年级至四年级有意向考研学生进行问卷调查，深入了解大学生考研情况，分析学生考研动机和影响因素，然后进行分析并给出建议[2]。王学颖、张楠楠中针对2013年沈阳师范大学参加考研的应届毕业生进行问卷调查，以问卷调查的形式整理和分析部分应届大学生考研学生的考研影响因素[3]。但是很少有专门的文章对地方高师院校物理专业学生考研动机进行调查研究。
