Research on Middle School Students Study Habits
Abstract: Important stage in the development of a student is in the high school, because in high school students have greatly plasticity and it is the important time to develop students learning habits. This article through contrast to the good study habits and bad study habits, using the method of literature study and questionnaire shows that training a student to develop a good study habit can not only to improve the students' learning efficiency and performance, but also can reduce their study burden; Bad learning habits can hind the students' potential and reduce the learning efficiency. At the end of the paper summarizes as middle school students should have what kind of study habits and some measures in the field of education, a good education is not just knowledge awarded to the student, the training and culturing of the students' learning habits is also very important.

引言
所谓的教育，简单的一句话，就是对学生的良好学习习惯的培养[1]。经过反复的实践训练和发展，使学习成为一种个体自动化的学习行为。这在心理学研究方面是一个重要课题，现我国培养学生良好的学习习惯已经取得了很大的成就，国内和国外也有了很多关于学生良好习惯培养的专著。如《教与学的心理学》（皮涟笙著）、《论教学思文》（谭顶良著）、《教育就是培养习惯》(林戈著)等。对于培养学生学习习惯这方面类似的课题，许多学校已进入了实践过程，并且在这方面取得了一定的研究成果。但是面对现在中学生的特点、问题和动向等方面，其适应性不是很高，特别是在训练方法、学生良好的学习习惯和评价方面等实践操作技术层面显得薄弱。通过本课题的研究可以帮助学生发挥最大的学习主动性，激发学习兴趣、学习效率得以提高和身心和谐发展，培养学生自主学习能力、创新精神和创造能力，掌握科学的学习方法，为其以后的发展奠定了良好的基础，使学生终身受益。自1986以来，为了实现全民义务教育，普及初等教育在我国有了较快的进步，但是自从国家实施九年制义务教育以后，由于各种因素的影响，不同的学生有不同的学习习惯。本文的采用文献研究和问卷调查相结合的研究方法。通过文献研究，了解关于学习习惯培养的相关知识和现有的研究现状。将周口市第四初级中学的学生作为调查研究对象，通过对其进行问卷调查，了解中学生的学习习惯并加以分析最后对如何形成良好的学习习惯提出几点建议。
