电荷耦台器件(Charge Coupled Device)是70 年代初期最先由Eell 实验室发明的。CCD 器件以极高的灵敏度、极大的动态范围和宽广的光谱响应范围等特点引人注目。30 年来有关 CCD 的研究取得惊人的进展。特别是在像传感器的应用方面。 近年来, 专家们在教学实验仪器中应用CCD 器件方面进行了有益的尝试,国内不少高等学校也有这方面探索。 本文着重介绍CCD 器件的工作原理、性能指标和应用。 本论文根据CCD器件的调制传递函数、分辨率、信噪比、溢出、视场角、对比传递函数、动态范围、均匀性和失真等几个重要性能指标,利用 MSTS 整机测试系统对上述参数指标进行测试和分析。 8328

Title Test and Analysis to the Imaging Performance of CCD
Abstract
Charge Coupled Device was invented in the early 1970s first by the Eell
laboratory. The CCD device with high sensitivity, high dynamic range and wide
spectral response range of features eye-catching. The CCD made remarkable
progress in the past 30 years. Especially in sensor applications. In recent
years, the experts carried out a useful attempt in the application of the
CCD devicethe in teaching experimental apparatus, quite a few colleges and
universities also explore in this regard. This article focuses on the CCD
device works, performance and application.
This article based on the modulation transfer function of the CCD device,
resolution, signal-to-noise ratio, blooming, field of view angle, contrast
transfer function, dynamic range, uniformity, distortion and some other t
performance indicators to design a test program to test it.
