Title Research on the containment of the aircraft engine casing under the impact of blade
Abstract Among all kinds of aerospace vehicle,the rotor speed of the aero turbine engine is very high。 Because of the loss of the high-speed rotating blade, it will hit the engine casing。 The mechanical analysis of casing in leaves under the impact of the failure process will provide the basis for the containment design of casing。 This is conducive to product engineering design。 Although due to the progress of science and technology, non-containment incident seldom occurs, once it happens it will lead serious aviation accident。 Therefore, adopting feasible design approaches to accommodate high-energy blades is necessitated。 This topic will focus on the research on the containment of the engine casing under the impact of blade。 The different structures of the casing influence on the ability of containment。 It is mainly through dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA numerical simulation to analyze the effect of double layer structure of machine casing clearance, multilayer casing layers of casing containment。 Through the research of this paper, we will deepen the understanding of the theory of mechanics and improve the ability of using the theory of mechanics to model, solve the equation of engineering problems, and use the software of large scale mechanics, numerical calculation and simulation。
