摘要有机光电材料已经成为了世界各地的研究热点。它有着成本低、制作简单、质量轻等优点,是现在新能源领域最重要的研究之一。在本文中,我们主要研究了MEH-PPV这种有机光电材料的薄膜及其溶液的发光特性。82076
本实验运用了一套已经搭建好的光谱测试系统,此系统具有较高的信噪比,能够实现对微弱信号的探测。利用此系统,我们首先测试了低温(77K)MEH-PPV薄膜的光致发光、吸收和光致吸收光谱;另外还测量了了常温(300K)下1mg/ml的MEH-PPV溶液的光致发光和吸收光谱,并将其与常温下的MEH-PPV薄膜光致发光和吸收光谱进行了对比;最后还绘制了不同浓度MEH-PPV溶液的光致发光光谱,并将其进行了对比。

Title Photoluminescence study of thin films of organic optoelectronic materials
Abstract Organic optoelectronic materials had rapidly become a hot research topic all over the world since they were discovered。Organic solar cells have the advantages of low cost, simple production process, light weight, and so on。 It is one of the most important research areas in the new energy field。In this paper, we mainly study the photoluminescence properties of MEH-PPV thin films and solutions。
This experiment used a set of spectra measurements systems has been set up, this system has a high SNR, can realize the detection of weak signals。Using this system, we first measured the photoluminescence spectra, absorption spectra and photoinduced absorption spectra of MEH-PPV thin films at low temperature (77K)。And then we measured the photoluminescence spectra and absorption spectra of 1mg/ml MEH-PPV solution at room temperature (300K)。Compared with the photoluminescence spectra and absorption spectra of MEH-PPV thin films at room temperature。In the end, the photoluminescence spectra of MEH-PPV solution with different concentration were also measured and compared。
