网络传播的把关功能缺失现象研究

Gate-keeping function of network communication Deficiency Research
Abstract：The reduction of network communication threshold makes "Everyone has the microphone", "Everyone is gatekeeper"in network society.A series of network ugly phenomenon such as "false news","Network spoof","yellow journalism"are emerging in an endless stream.This paper begins with the veview about traditional "gatekeeper" theory,then explain the new connotation the "gatekeeper" should have in the Network Era.Dive to the bottom of gate-keeping function for the network caused by the lack of negative phenomena and find out the reasons,For example the Internet law is not perfect,online media gatekeeper "function" missing,online media professional gatekeeper missing,and lack of self-awareness of Internet users and so on.According to the reasons,we have developed coping strategies worthy of practice,such as improve the legal Internet system,to enhance network media responsibility,strengthen the development of network media gatekeepers team, enhance self-check awareness of Internet users,andfocus on structuring a positive,healthy, pure Internet communication environment.

随着科技的飞速发展，互联网产生的传播效能越来越强大，网络新媒体逐渐成为高度社会化的媒介传播组织，它在发挥积极影响的同时，也出现了一系列不容忽视的问题，阻碍了社会的健康发展。把关功能的严重缺失是造成网络中不良现象产生的主要根源之一，这种缺失不仅使得网络传播中人际交流虚拟程度的放大化，影响社会风气的纯净及网络正能量的传播，更导致了各种违法乱纪现象的出现，给我们的社会埋下了不安定的“种子”。本文将“把关”理论从传统媒体的研究中抽离出来，与网络传播中因把关功能缺失造成的一系列现象相结合，在前辈学者们研究的基础上，深刻分析缺失的原因，由表及里，就把关功能的重建及复位提出值得践行的措施。
