The Phenomenon and Thinking of Micro blog Disseminating News
——Take “Diaoyu Island Events” As an Example
Abstract：In recent years, with the rapid development of internet, the improvement of technology and informationization of the disseminating news, micro blog came into being as a new means of communication. It is dependent on the form of fresh information dissemination and convenient communication features so that it fully meets the people’s need for information in the fast speed life, and also provides a favorable environment for the news dissemination, and highlights its advantage in news dissemination. However, micro blog as a new technology has shortcomings in many aspects. Taking the "Diaoyu Island Events" as a starting point, the paper analyzed the phenomenon of news dissemination and summarized the features of the advantages of news dissemination through micro blog, as well as the problems and causes during the dissemination. Strategies are proposed to deal with the problems and to develop micro blog in the future, making micro blog show strengths and avoid weaknesses. In this way, micro blog could achieve a higher standard of news dissemination.

微博传播新闻现象与思考——以“钓鱼岛事件”为例
微博，其实就是微型博客的缩写。作为传统博客的优化升级，微博融汇了互联网和手机等多种功能，人们可以在任何地点、任何时间参与信息传播，在网上颁布不超过140个字新闻，包括文字、图画、语音、短片等多方面的内容。
2006年是互联网世界承上启下的一年，在这一年里第一个微博Twitter降生了，并且以非一般的速度成为最有名的微博。据有关资料显示，美国总统奥巴马、福布斯公司总裁斯蒂夫•福布斯以及很多名人和企业都是它的用户。之后，Twitter的风潮也点燃了国内微博的豪情，2007年中国最早出现了饭否、嘀咕、叽歪微博平台，但是没过多长时间就被停用或无法文持；直到2009年8月新浪网推出新浪微博，微博才真正意义上被中文上网的主要人群运用到生活中；另外，腾讯、网易、搜狐各自在2010年推出代表自己网站的微博；2010年2月，国内最权威的新闻网人民网也推出了代表自身的“人民微博”；到了2011年之后，微博的发展是一日千里，用户人数直线上升，“2011年7月19日，中国互联网络信息中心在北京发布了《第28次中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》，截止2011年6月底，我国微博用户数量从6311万快速增长到1.95亿，半年增幅达208.9%，成为增长速度最快的互联网应用” 。随着微博的迅速成长，其影响力已经开始渗透到我们的生活中，尤其是在重大新闻事件的传播上，“围观就是力量”是对它传播新闻影响力的一个生动诠释，在此以2012年“钓鱼岛事件”为例，对微博传播新闻的现象进行研究。
