摘要21世纪机械自动化程度越来越高,在生产生活日益繁忙的今天,越来越多的生产线尤其是机加工生产线开始需要使用自动化设备。自动化设备可以代替人工进行批量生产。在一些高危行业中,应用相对应的自动化设备可以极大程度地降低危险发生的概率。对于一些重型的箱体工件往往需要起重机进行翻转,因为工件质量较重,吊臂存在很多危险,这样做大大提高了危险性。本设计采用动力辊子输送机作为输送部分,翻转机构则选用减速电动机驱动翻转机翻转,达到翻转大型箱体类零件的目的。待翻转完毕,由输出端动力辊子输送机将箱体类工件输送到下一环节。本设计引进自动化设备节省人工成本,提升生产效率。由于是翻转圆筒,反转时候可以控制电机,使电机断电而停留在规定位置,以便下一工位的加工。在竞争日益严重的今天,为机加工企业寻求更大的发展指明了方向。76210
