Public Opinion Guidance in the Food Safety Crises in
the Sight of the New Media
Abstract: The frequent occurrence of the food security crisis has aroused widespread concern of the community. A lot of food safety crises are known by the public only by the insiders, especially in the new media environment; everyone is a reporter, and everyone can express their comments in the new media environment. Therefore, the new media creates a media platform to disclosure society emerging food safety crisis. This paper will analyze the food safety crisis occurred in the past and sum up the problems and the causes in guiding public opinions, then obtain the strategies and methods that respond to such problems. It aims at dealing with the food security crisis in the event of public opinion guidance on the issues, but also can effectively prevent the occurrence of food safety crises.

近几年来,食品安全危机事件在社会上出现的越来越频繁。在新媒体环境下，越来越多的人成为了新媒体的“记者”，他们可以自由的在网络上披露自己所遇见的食品安全危机事件，所以，新媒体在报道食品安全危机事件时出现了很多问题，这些问题使得食品安全危机事件不能完整的被披露，也使得民众在了解食品安全危机事件的时候产生负面的影响。
