The Role of Literary Translation in Introducing Chinese Culture to the World-Translation and Reception of Mo Yan’s Red Sorghum
I。 Introduction
As a kind of soft power, culture has become one of the most important aspects of the core competitiveness and a symbol of a country’s comprehensive national strength。 In the context of globalization, the world has increasingly become a connected whole, countries are impossible to eliminate contact with other countries, develop or survive in an independent and isolated situation。 Collision, communication and fusion among various culture systems have become the most prominent phenomenon in the field of world culture。 Cultural communication and collision have become more direct and frequent, especially after the rapid development of wireless Internet which has seamlessly linked the world。 In such circumstances, it is difficult for China to avoid participating in the development of world culture。 Therefore, instead of being forced to participate in international trend, China should make positive preparation and strive for a place in international cultural market to seek a dominant position in the future。文献综述
